Our Proven 8-Step Screening Process


Many staffing companies claim extensive screening of their applicants. However, staffing services that are primarily clerical in nature tend to focus on office skills assessments rather than on testing for drug use or background checks, where these issues are less prevalent.

Our extensive screening efforts find you the best workers available. Only 15 out of 100 applicants are accepted as BlueStar workers. We know our process works because BlueStar has one of the staffing industry’s highest temporary-to-full time employment conversion rates. Over the past few years BlueStar customers have hired hundreds of our employees for full-time positions.

All BlueStar applicants are required to:

  • Schedule and be on time for an appointment
  • Present a resume
  • Have a good attitude and appearance
  • Have a stable work history
  • Have related industrial experience
  • Have a clean background check
  • Have their own transportation
  • Pass a drug test
