BILINGUAL - Must speak, write and read in english and spanish.
MUST be able to do clerical duties in a warehouse environment

• Responsible for managing employees in accordance to the client's needs and expectations.
• Ability to coach, motivate, discipline and effectively communicate to the staff.
• Responsible for employee performance reviews and developing action plans for improvement.
• Involved with recruiting, interviewing and selecting new employees
• Process weekly payroll for employees.
• Track & organize reports on client key result areas.
• Develop strong relationships with client operations team.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining production line equipment to achieve performance standards and to improve performance of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic production equipment. By improving the preventive maintenance program, he will strive for minimum machine downtime in order to meet production requirements.

Essential Job Functions

The individual for this position will have a minimum of (5) five years experience in production equipment maintenance, including mechanical, electrical and electronic repair. Additionally, experience with parts inventory and computerized maintenance management systems. This candidate must also have strong communication and coaching skills, ability to operate machine shop tools, power tools, and welding equipment, ability to read blue prints and electrical schematics and strong problem solving skills. Must posses the basic knowledge of production operations (efficiency, waste, yields, capacities, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

Multi-craft skills should include PLC's [AB], pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, motors, air compressors and pumps. Fry equipment, refrigeration and troubleshooting.

Working Knowledge in the following areas:

GMP's, USDA/FDA, HACCP, HAZMAT, TQM, PSM, PM's, CMMS, AIB...viewed as a PLUS
 
Skills and Requirements:

* At least 5 years experience in operations maintenance

* Good understanding of Statistical Process Control and an ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures

* Understanding of theories of operation, troubleshooting, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance practices.

* Mechanical drive systems; pneumatics; and hydraulics

* Electronic control systems and PLC's

* Trouble shooting repair procedures and preventive maintenance practices

* Manage personnel issues and controls overtime in order to meet department goals.

* Train to improve skill base and proper use of equipment

* Develop process and equipment changes (to include capital projects and plans)

* Supports the Maintenance Program and corrects any unsafe conditions

* Complete daily reports both accurately and timely.

* Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
